Post New Requests Here / IDEA: App to automate moving User Folders in Vista and 7

Looking for an app that will automate the task of moving the location of User Folders. I like to have my Folders on the D: drive or External Drive so the contents is safe if I reinstall Windows or change operating systems. Instead of Right clicking each folder in your User Home Folder going to Properties and under Location, Moving it to a new drive. Can this be automated.
Include a target drive to move folders.
Include option to include or exclude username i.e. D:\%username%\Documents, D:\%username%\Videos or D:\Documents, D:\Videos
Automate the copy and replace function choices that come up.
This is mainly for when I install a new OS and just want to point the User Folders to the existing ones I have on another drive that hold all my docs pics, music, videos and such.
