Hey there,
It worked like a charm! Thanks so much. I appreciate all the extra effort.
It's one thing to make a great script like this but quite another to respond so quickly and completely to random support issue for a beta OS.

Again, Thank you.

Howdy,
Nope. Same out come, I'm afraid. When I go to the shortcut's properties and select "Change Icon..." I get the following error:

The file D:\Zero\tv_out\tv_out.icl contains no icons.

Choose an icon from the list or specify a different file.

I am assuming it has summat to do with Windows 7's handling of icons and .icl's.

I just realize that I neglected to include that I am using the 64-bit Beta. At the time I wouldn't have thought it at all important.

Anyway, as I said, it is no big deal. But I do greatly appreciate your taking a stab at it.

Still no dice with the new icons. It's not a very big deal. It must be something with Windows 7 beta. I'll try again when the release candidate is out.

Cheers,

Sorry about the very delayed response (I distract easily). Thanks for the new icons, I'll try them right away.

Hey Nod5,
I'm running TV_OUT on Windows 7 beta and I'm happy to report that it works great!
The only problem I'm having is that 7 doesn't seem to be able to use the tv_out.icl (it reports that the file contains no icons), so I get the ugly "no icon" icon. I've tried assigning another icon, but this gets changed every time the TV_OUT is used.
Thanks so much for making this! It's a solution to a headache I've been having for weeks.

Thanks,
 Rowan C.
