Firstly, if this cannot be done in an hour or so, feel free to disregard. If you have a knowledge of the iCal format and OBEX (possibly) to sync to a cell phone, it may be possible, but I'm not sure. On to the idea:

A simple program that will retreive a public iCal URL (such as Google Calendar's) and sync that data with a cell phone via a serial port. No bells and whistles, or editing of the calendar, just that.

If you have the prior knowledge, I hope you're up to the challenge! Thank you!

I think he wants to be able to rip an entire CD to one mp3 file combining all the tracks instead of five mp3s for five tracks.

For the maximize program, something I've noticed is with my logitech mouse, you can program one of the buttons to maximize a window and even when a window has the maximize button grayed out, it still maximizes it, check out if your mouse has that!

Useless, I know. A shape with a random number of sides (obviously 3+), a random size, random colors (fill, border, text) and random position on the screen starts with "0" in the middle and when clicked, changes shape, size, color and position, and increases the number in the object by one.

My idea is an application which, when loaded, grows a smile image out of the center, and speaks "SMILE, SUNSHINE!", then unloads.

It'd be nice to also come with a creation-app which allows you to bundle your own audio file in the exe instead of that.
