My operation system is Windows XP professional.When using RedBox Capture Mode, press the shotcut of Ctrl+Click for capturing the window object, the screen will appear feign death phenomenon.

My Operating System is Windows XP. After capturing images by using Screenshot Captor, my system will crash for a certain time after the PopUp Choice Dialog appeared.  At such moment, my mouse is always out of control and no button can be clicked. However,  if I change the Preferences and ban the RedBox Capture Mode , such situation can be avoided.
