DirSync Pro 1.0 Final is just released; See: directorysync.sourceforge.net. It is open-ource (free) and i is written in Java and so it could be run on all platforms.
I have been using it for a while and I like it!
It has a clear user interface and it does just it says: synchronizing. There are no trash-functionality (which you never use) which may make it unneeded complex. It is very fast too!
