Screenshot Captor / Wirless Keyboard does not have PrctScr key...

I have been trying for months to capture the screen of one of my applications "AVS4YOU" and can not do it.  The Kensington Wireless keyboard does NOT have a Print Screen key on it.  The AVS4YOU techs keep asking me for a PrintScreen of my problem and I can not get it through to them either.  This keyboard does not have a Print Screen key on it.
