I paid for and installed the standard version of The Calendar Planner (TCPStd52391Setup.exe). It worked Ok for a while and then I got an Interactive Service Detection message. This is terminal so I uninstalled TCP in case of collateral damage.
I have now applied three times for their 30 day guarantee refund. These applications have been acknowledged by return and then nothing.
Has anyone had any success with this? or do I have to attach the serious ISD message in the hope that someone in Reel Logix will notice?
