stacks don't work when CD upgraded

when upgraded,i have to rebuild stacks.is there a way to backup stacks?i have installed the CD on D:\,perhaps this is the reason of stacks error.

the middle button sometimes can not activate CD,i have to restart the CD to make it work.ver 1.51 and ver 1.52 both has this problem.
