Clipboard Help+Spell / Quick Paste Menu Number of Items to Display

I have the "Number of Items to Display from Quick Paste Group" set to 30, but the quick paste pop menu doesn't always show 30, sometimes it's less.  How can I get this to always show the last 30 clips?

Clipboard Help+Spell / NOTE Default when creating new clip

When I create a new clip the note field automatically populates with NOTE.  I go into options, clipboard, clip naming and delete NOTE, then Accept, but it just repopulates.  I want the default note field to be blank when creating a new clip, will someone please let me know how to do that?

Can someone tell me why my favorites are not staying in my quick paste menu?

I thought the My Favorites clips are by default supposed to be in the quick paste menu.  I can access My Favorites by <ctrl><alt>q, q, but I would like to just always have them listed in the quick paste menu.

How can I get My Favorites too always be in the quick paste list?
