LaunchBar Commander / Idea for LB and FARR
« on: July 15, 2013, 08:30 AM »
I keep finding myself wanting to have a text entry box as part of the launchbar that is the box for entering commands into FARR.  This would be a great feature.

LaunchBar Commander / Idea: popup at corners
« on: July 15, 2013, 06:48 AM »
I love this product and since I am on Win8 it is my start menu.  I had an idea:  I often use the keystrokes to make the menu pop up.   It can popup at the cursor or a specific x/y.  I use a 2 screen set up at the office and then just a laptop screen while traveling.  They have different sizes.  I want to have the menu always popup at the lower left corner (where start used to be).  0/0 gives me upper left but what gives me lower left, and then each other corner.

LaunchBar Commander / dock to side of the screen
« on: October 30, 2012, 08:15 AM »
Is it possible to dock to the side of the screen?  I've tried dragging to the side and it doesn't dock like it does at the top.  Can't see an option to do this.  BTW, on Windows 8.

Thanks in advance

Find And Run Robot / Windows 8 and FARR
« on: July 03, 2012, 06:48 AM »
I've been using FARR and found it a great and very useful tool for a while.  I am now running Windows 8 and FARR has gone from useful to ESSENTIAL/MANDATORY.  With the start menu gone and the search that was part of it gone and the mess of Metro, you can't use the desktop without FARR.

Thanks again for the great piece of software

Find And Run Robot / Possible to bind a key sequence to an alias?
« on: October 26, 2010, 07:52 AM »
I am new to FARR and it seems like a great utility and very powerful.  I looked at the docs and couldn't see a way to bind a key sequence to an alias.  For example, I have a set of URLs that I review every morning.  I'd like to bind Win+M to open the set of URLs.  I have defined an alias that works, but can I bind the key sequence to this alias?
