FOUND THE PROBLEM!!!!!


I did some checking and found that SPYCATCHER (which I just installed) must control a bunch of functions... AS SOON AS I UNINSTALLED Spycatcher all is good with the world.


SPYCATCHER = BAD!

I already tried a clean install.. no good.  This is the "STOCK" ini file which I left... Are there any registry entries to look for?
