Find And Run Robot / Some command-line parameters/arguments cannot be passed to program correctly.

An example is:
I only got a popup window if I run this command-line.
So anyone can tell me how to run it correctly or just give me a fix?
update: this problem got fixed after updated to the lastedt version.
nircmd ++monitor off( nircmd can be downloaded from http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/nircmd.html )
