UrlSnooper / Re: Downloading file behind rtmp stream
« on: August 20, 2010, 11:39 PM »

I've had luck with streamtransport it kicked out an rtmp link that streamtransport should be able to download,i think Net transport does this now too ,this software (Streamtransport) is the only thing I've seen that lets you download Hulu too. That being said this software will most likely get sued out of existence, but for now...  8)

This link downloads with NetTransport...at like 5 kbs on my cable connection. As far as getting it to scrobble, the tracks seem to be in one continuous stream,it would most likely be impossible to scrobble.

Heres a link i found on how last fm identifies tracks

Actually it's a 20% discount on all their software (except bundles) until 2010-08-01

Nuclear Coffee

They have everything from a video downloader that can download from all the popular services, etc to video converters, etc
I've used their video downloader (VideoGet) for a couple of years now with no complaints. It also has the option to convert
the video after download.

From the site...

"As a promotion for Friendship day we offer a 20% discount on all products (except bundles).
To redeem the coupon just enter the coupon code: FRIENDSHIP2010
Please note that this coupon is only valid until 2010-08-01"

I don't know exactly how to word it but here i go...

To what, lets say Last.Fm is to sharing your music tastes, well i need something like that for sharing my movie tastes.

I'm not talking about sharing actual movie files (piracy, etc.) But something in the social media realm where i can share opinions,
stats,etc.

Does such a site exists?

Found Deals and Discounts / 50% off VOB2MPG PRO
« on: July 15, 2010, 04:25 AM »
svcd2dvd

From the site...

VOB2MPG PRO IS 50% OFF FOR A LIMITED TIME. THATS ONLY 6 GBP!

(I believe that's around 10 bucks for the U.S.)

"VOB2MPG v3.0 & VOB2MPG v3.0 PRO are the latest versions of VOB2MPG.
Previous versions of VOB2MPG have allowed users to join up and process vobs found in dvds - resulting in mpeg files suitable for playing or authoring. VOB2MPG v3.0 (PRO) also does this but, in addition, allows users to choose, at a finer level, the DVD content to be extracted."

Thanks for the feedback.

I just hooked it up...It's like Christmas morning. It's only a 22 inch screen but a huge improvement over my 17 inch "Proview".My proview monitor always had a yellowish tint to it.This is cool.Still messing with the settings. Now to buy a better computer  :D

It would be cool to have a picture in picture option, say your watching tv and you also have the pc screen running in the left hand corner.

My television has the hookups in the back so i know it's capable but was wondering if anyone here has actually done it and how does it look.
I have a 720p Salvania
