Windows 2K and Windows VISTA - Troubleshooting Notes

Windows 2000 does not support the UPnP protocol for automatically discovering SoundBridge devices on your network.  As a workaround, see the help page on manually specifying your Device Address, or this page on enabling UPnP.

Windows VISTA is still in beta at the time of this release.  We expect further releases of this program before VISTA is officially released, but this program can be used in VISTA with a little bit of tweaking:

Set the compatibility mode on the Roku Radio Snooper executable to run as an administrator and check the compatibility option for XP SP2.  You may also want to visit the WinPCap site and check for an update of the WinPCap driver for Windows VISTA: http://www.winpcap.org/.
